Registration Fees
Registration will open in autumn 2025.
The registration fee covers the entire scientific program from March 29 to April 1, including refreshments during coffee and lunch breaks. It also includes the conference dinner on Tuesday, March 31, 2026.
The early bird registration deadline is February 9, 2026.
Early bird registration: 450 EUR
Late registration: 500 EUR
Early bird registration: 350 EUR
Late registration: 400 EUR

Students early bird: 250 EUR
Students late: 300 EUR
*This category is subject to verification. Please send proof of student status (e.g., a copy of your student ID card) to katharina.szulc@leibniz-ipht.de.
Registration Form
Enter your personal details and select your registration category in the form. You also have the option of informing us of any dietary preferences.
Submitting an abstract does not automatically register you for the conference. Abstract authors are requested to register using this online form.
Please note that registration can only be completed by paying by credit card. If you do not have the possibility to pay by a credit card, please contact the organizers (katharina.szulc@leibniz-ipht.de). Please also use these contact details if you have any other problems with registration.
