FAQs on preparing and delivering presentations and creating and presenting posters.
Plenary talks: 45 minutes
Invited talks: 30 minutes
Contributed talks: 15 minutes
The presentation should allow a few minutes for questions.
Please prepare your presentation slides in 16:9 aspect ratio. Submit your presentation on a data storage device in your lecture room.
It is best to do this during the registration period in the morning before the first session begins, but no later than during the break before the session in which you will be speaking.
Please prepare your poster in A0 size (84.1 x 118.9 cm) in portrait format.
There is no standard conference template. Please note that the poster walls are designed for portrait-format posters.
Please bring the final poster to the conference made of a material that can be attached with pins.
We kindly ask you to hang up your poster either on Sunday, March 29, during the Get-Together (from 6:00 p.m.) or on Monday, March 30, in the morning. Please ensure that all posters are up by 10:45 a.m. on Monday.
Please remove your poster on Wednesday, April 1, by 10:20 a.m.
There will also be a session dedicated to viewing the posters: On March 30, all poster authors are asked to be available to answer questions at their posters from 5:45 – 7:00 p.m. Snacks and drinks will be provided.
Posters will be on display throughout the whole scientific program from March 30 to April 1, so they can also be visited during coffee and lunch breaks.
