What formatting do I use to prepare my abstract?
Prepare your abstract using the official template: download the template here.
Please ensure your abstract does not exceed one page and is saved as a Word document (.doc or .docx). File size must not exceed 10 MB.
How do I submit my abstract?
Log into the abstract submission system.
Use your username and password to log in. If you do not yet have an account, please register first.
Enter your abstract title in the designated field of the submission form.
Upload your completed abstract as an attachment in Word format (doc or docx) using the provided upload field.
Choose a topic that best matches the subject of your research from the available list.
Enter information about all authors, including full name, email address, and institutional affiliation.
Please also indicate the presenting author.
Save your submission.
Is it possible to choose the form of presentation: short talk or poster?
You may indicate your preference for either a short talk or a poster presentation.
Please note: slots for short talks are limited. High-quality submissions that cannot be accommodated in the oral program may be accepted as posters.
When will I be informed about the review result?
You will be informed of the final presentation format along with your review outcome. The review is scheduled to be done until the end of 2025. We will inform you about the review result latest in early 2026.
